Asiago and Fiddlehead Risotto - Creamy risotto made with Roma Cheese Asiago, topped with seared local fiddleheads

Bobotie - A South African dish of spiced minced meat, toasted almonds, sultana raisins, baked with an egg-based topping, served with yellow rice & peas and house-made apricot chutney

Sorbetto - Italian style sorbet made with local red concord grapes
